Refund policy
At Kidoro, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If Kidoro is not the right fit for your family, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
Return conditions
- The product must be returned in full working condition, complete with its original box and packaging.
- All included accessories (such as the charging cable, case, and any other items from your bundle) must be returned.
- Returns of incomplete products, or products damaged through misuse, cannot be accepted.
How to return your item(s)
- Send an email to support@kidoro-safety.com with the subject line: Return + your order number.
- Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with the return address, full instructions, and a return label where applicable. Please do not send any item back before contacting us — all returns must be arranged through our support team first.
- Carefully pack the product in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories.
- Send the parcel with a tracked service (Track & Trace). Recommended carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx or Royal Mail.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be approved.
- The refund is processed within 4 working days of approval and should appear in your account within 4–6 working days, depending on your bank. Total processing time is therefore approximately 10 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Please select a shipping service with tracking. Where we provide a return label, its cost may be deducted from your refund. Any shipping costs you paid on your original order will be refunded together with your refund.
Damaged or faulty products
We stand behind the quality of Kidoro. If your watch arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect, we will cover it at our expense.
- If the package is visibly damaged on delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us.
- If a fault or damage is only noticed after delivery, email support@kidoro-safety.com within 48 hours, including your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the problem.
In the event of a confirmed manufacturing fault, you can choose between:
- Free replacement – return and new shipment at our expense.
- Full refund – including return shipping costs.
Not covered: This does not apply to water damage beyond the watch's official IP rating, loss or theft of the device, or damage caused by drops, accidents, or misuse. These fall outside manufacturing faults and are the customer's responsibility.
Cancelling an order
- An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been forwarded for processing.
- To cancel, email support@kidoro-safety.com with the subject line: Cancellation + your order number.
- After 24 hours, the order is forwarded for processing and can no longer be cancelled. You can still return the product in line with our return policy above.
