Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online shop Kidoro. The online shop is operated under the brand Kidoro.

Section 1 – General Provisions

By using the Kidoro online shop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, the customer enters into a purchase agreement with Kidoro and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the online shop, and operate in accordance with applicable law.

Section 2 – Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed through the Kidoro website 24 hours a day. To place an order, the customer selects a product, adds it to the cart, and completes the order form. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete personal and contact information.

Payment can be made using the following methods:

  • Credit and debit cards, including Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, and American Express
  • Digital payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay

After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. The purchase agreement is concluded once payment has been successfully received by Kidoro.

Section 3 – Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, the order is dispatched and delivered within an estimated 2–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Orders placed before 11:00 PM (UK time) are generally prepared for shipment on the next business day. Once shipped, the customer receives a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. Standard shipping is provided free of charge, unless stated otherwise on the website.

Section 4 – Returns

Customers have the right to return a product within 30 days of receiving the order, without stating a reason. Returned products must be in full working condition, complete with all accessories and their original packaging.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service team by email and provide the order number. The customer will then receive return instructions and the return address. Returns must not be sent back before contacting us. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment using a method that includes track and trace, and bears the cost of the return shipment. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund is issued within approximately 10 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Section 5 – Complaints and Damaged Products

If a product is delivered damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, the customer should refuse the delivery where possible, or report the issue to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. The report must include clear photographs of the product and the packaging and a brief description of the problem.

Once the complaint has been reviewed and approved, the customer will receive either a free replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. This does not cover water damage beyond the watch's official IP rating, loss or theft of the device, or damage caused by drops, accidents, or misuse, which fall outside manufacturing faults and are the customer's responsibility.

Section 6 – Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed. To cancel, the customer must contact our customer service team immediately. After this period has expired, the order can only be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Section 7 – Liability and Intellectual Property Rights

Kidoro shall not be held liable for the temporary unavailability of the website due to force majeure, technical disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All content available on the website, including but not limited to product descriptions, texts, graphics, photographs, logos, and the overall design, is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws and is the property of Kidoro or its partners. Any copying, reproduction, or use of such content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Section 8 – Protection of Personal Data

Personal data of customers is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data, and to withdraw their consent to processing at any time, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Section 9 – Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with a purchase agreement shall be governed by the laws of [your country of establishment], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence (such as the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia). Kidoro does not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures unless required by applicable law.

Section 10 – Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

Kidoro reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the online shop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 11 – Prohibited Use of the Website

Users agree to use the Kidoro online shop in accordance with applicable laws, principles of proper conduct, and these Terms & Conditions. In particular, the following actions are not permitted:

  • Using the website for unlawful purposes, including the transmission of illegal, offensive, defamatory, or hateful content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the website, servers, or underlying IT systems
  • Activities that may disrupt or damage the website, such as transmitting viruses, spam, automated scans, or hacking attempts
  • Copying, modifying, distributing, or using any part of the website without prior written consent from Kidoro
  • Impersonating another person or providing false or misleading information

In the event of a violation, Kidoro reserves the right to restrict access to the website, cancel orders, and take appropriate legal action.
